Transform U is an employment program that supports individuals with the skills and resources needed to become job-ready and successfully enter the workforce. Our comprehensive trauma-informed approach ensures individuals are prepared for sustainable employment and career growth.

The Program Offers:

• Job Readiness Workshops where we will support individuals to identify career interests and support with developing a career action plan towards the unique employment goals that the individual has set out

• Career Coaching support to help determine one’s career and financial goals and work on making choices that will create a more sustainable income.

• Support individuals in identifying specialized career pathways based on their strengths and interests.
